Job Description
Georgia Medical Staffing is in need of an FNP interested in providing interim coverage to an employee/family based, onsite clinic.
Details:
Jan 27-Feb 13
Hours: Mon & Weds - 8a-4:30p, Tues - 9a-7p, Thurs - 8a-12p (additional dates Sat 2/13 8a-12p)
Open to submitting for partial availability
Scope:
Primary Care to employees/family ages 6+
Occ Med experience helpful, but not required
Workers Comp Experience ( work injury, return to work, managing documentation)
Women's Health Experience : Required
Health Center Staffing Model : 2 MD, 2 MA; (1 MD leaving 11/5 and NP role to backfill; additional part-time MA role open)

Pay:
$90 per hour

Paid shadow and module training
