Details:
Sept 2 - Oct 30th
Hours:
Mondays: 6a-4p
Tues & Weds: 8a-6p
Fridays: 6a-2p
DOT Required
Occ Health, minor procedures, health coaching, Chronic care mgmt, routine wellness
Ages 1+
8-10 patients per day
Dispensing Clinic
$90 per hour
Paid Malpractice
Paid Shadow Training
Paid Module Training (2 hrs, from home)
